Our Chinese Daughters Foundation was founded in 1995 by Dr. Jane Liedtke, a professor at Illinois State University and mother of an adopted Chinese daughter (1994 from Jiangmen Social Welfare Institute). OCDF, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with offices in Beijing and the U.S., provides exceptional Chinese culture programs for children, families, and the wider community, as well as travel programs and orphan support projects throughout China.
