OCDF Academic Connections
OCDF can help make China a more meaningful place for your students and faculty! We have coordinated programs for students at Illinois State University, Purdue University, the University of Nebraska-Kearney, and Yale University. Our programs are designed to give students and faculty a chance to explore one of the world's fastest changing societies, as well as gain a deeper understanding of a country which has become a major force in all aspects of global business, economics, and politics.
Services we offer for the academic community include:
- Chinese culture tours for both students and faculty
- student and faculty academic programs
- student and faculty research programs
- internships with corporations or with non-profit organizations, both Chinese and foreign (appropriate to the student's major)
- support for study and work/living experiences in China for students and faculty
- volunteer opportunities with social service organizations, orphan support projects, special needs and disabled children, and a whole host of community service options

Our Chinese Daughters Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with offices in Bloomington, IL and Beijing. OCDF programs have benefited adoptive families, parents, students, and educators through high-quality Chinese culture educational programs since 1995.
