OCDF is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization with a mission to support orphans living in China, as well as provide programs and support for adoptive families of Chinese orphans in the US and abroad. Your donations to OCDF orphan support projects are tax-deductible.
OCDF is now accepting online donations through Google Checkout! Your credit card transaction is processed by Google through the most secure internet servers around. You have the option to create an account which you can use over and over (Google will remember your credit card information), or you can set up your account so that your credit card information is not stored. You decide!
Even better, Google allows nonprofits that demonstrate their 501(c)(3) status to process credit card donations for free. That means that 100% of your donation goes to supporting orphans in China! For now, online donations go to the orphan support project deemed most in need of support. In the next few weeks, our online system will allow you to specify the program or orphanage you wish to support with your donation.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Extend the value of your gift through your firm's matching gifts program. Many US employers offer 1:1 and 2:1 matching gifts programs to help and encourage their employees' charitable givings. For adoptive families, this means you can connect further to the needs of orphans living in China and the OCDF projects in support of adoptive families. Our flier also contains information about our needs for Gifts in Kind. OCDF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, so corporate matching gifts are tax-deductible for both you and your employer.
Kids Helping Kids
Make giving a family project! It's never too early to teach your kids compassion through action. Yes, kids can make a difference in the lives of other kids! The OCDF team has put together a flier to help your kids organize, plan, and execute a fundraising project for orphans in China.
